Senior Manager, Tax Technology Implementation

We are looking for a strategic and innovative leader to drive the digital transformation of a integral tax function through technology, data, automation, and advanced analytics. This role will be responsible for defining and executing a comprehensive Tax Technology roadmap, ensuring regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and scalable digital solutions across a complex international organization.

What You'll Do
- Lead the Tax Technology strategy, governance framework, and transformation roadmap.
- Oversee a portfolio of tax technology initiatives, prioritizing investments based on compliance, risk mitigation, and business value.
- Drive automation and digitalization of tax processes, reducing manual intervention and strengthening controls.
- Define and govern enterprise tax data models, reporting structures, dashboards, and KPIs.
- Champion the adoption of Artificial Intelligence and advanced analytics within the tax function.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with IT, Finance, Legal, Data,



and Internal Control teams to integrate tax solutions into the broader technology ecosystem.
- Lead organizational change management and drive adoption of new technologies and processes.
- Ensure compliance with local and international tax regulations while strengthening risk management through technology.

What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in Tax, Tax Technology, or related functions.
- 5+ years leading large-scale transformation initiatives.
- Strong background in technology implementation, automation, data governance, and advanced analytics.
- Knowledge of domestic and international tax compliance frameworks.
- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and influencing executive stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Power Platform, BI tools; SQL, Python, or Alteryx are a plus.
