Engineering Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Engineering Manager to lead our Engineering team in a fast-paced automotive manufacturing environment. This position is responsible for overseeing manufacturing engineering, process development, new product launches, continuous improvement initiatives, and technical support to ensure operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Manufacturing Engineering team, including Process Engineers, Manufacturing Engineers, Industrial Engineers, and Engineering Technicians.
- Develop and implement engineering strategies aligned with the company’s operational and business objectives.
- Oversee new product launches (NPI) from concept through Start of Production (SOP).
- Ensure manufacturing processes are capable, efficient, and compliant with customer and quality requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, quality, cost reduction, and operational efficiency.
- Lead process development, line balancing, capacity planning,



and manufacturing optimization projects.
- Support APQP activities and collaborate with cross-functional teams during product development and launch.
- Coordinate equipment selection, installation, validation, and commissioning.
- Lead capital investment projects, including budget planning and execution.
- Drive manufacturing automation and Industry 4.0 initiatives where applicable.
- Ensure compliance with engineering standards, safety requirements, and environmental regulations.
- Collaborate with Quality, Production, Supply Chain, Maintenance, Program Management, and Customers to achieve project objectives.
- Develop engineering talent through coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
- Monitor engineering KPIs and present performance updates to Plant Leadership.
