About the Opportunity

We're recruiting for a confidential U.S.-based organization seeking a
NetSuite Solutions Administrator
to oversee the performance and evolution of its ERP platform. This role is adecuado for someone who enjoys optimizing business systems, improving workflows, and partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver practical technology solutions.

As the company's NetSuite expert, you'll play an important role in supporting daily operations while driving continuous platform improvements.

Responsibilities
- Maintain and enhance the NetSuite ERP environment.
- Configure workflows, SuiteScripts, custom records, and system enhancements.
- Provide advanced troubleshooting and support for internal users.
- Develop reports, dashboards, KPIs, and saved searches that support business decisions.
- Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and other departments to improve processes.
- Support third-party integrations and data management initiatives.




- Recommend and implement system improvements that increase efficiency and scalability.
- Maintain documentation and promote NetSuite best practices.

Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience administering NetSuite.
- Strong expertise with SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and platform customization.
- Understanding of ERP, accounting, and financial operations.
- Experience with reporting, dashboards, and system integrations.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

Preferred Experience
- Avalara AvaTax, Stripe, Ramp, or Salesforce.
- Business intelligence or reporting platforms.
- AI productivity tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
