What You Will Do
We are seeking a technically proficient IT Analyst to spearhead Solution Design, Business Transformation, Project Management, and General Supply Chain rollouts within L’Oréal’s IT ecosystem
. In this role,



you will be key to ensuring the operational excellence, support, and evolution of our supply chain planning systems across the Americas zone (US, Canada, and Latin America).

You will balance two critical missions: working together with expert on providing a level
L4 Technical Support
for advanced troubleshooting—with a strong focus on
SAP APO SNP (Supply Network Planning)
—and actively participating in
Build activities
(system enhancements, local/regional rollouts, and the future transition roadmap toward
S/4HANA ePPDS / IBP
). You will collaborate closely with regional managers, a Central Team in France, and our AMS support partners in India.

Key Responsibilities
- L4 Support & Application Health (Americas Scope)
- Act as the last escalation point (L4) for complex supply planning issues across the Americas, resolving critical incidents and service requests within SLAs, with a focus on SAP APO SNP.
