Your responsibilities

Experienced Quality Laboratory and Testing Manager leading lab operations, metrology, testing, and quality systems. Skilled in driving continuous improvement, managing cross-functional projects, and collaborating with global teams to ensure product quality and operational excellence
- Lead laboratory operations, testing activities, and metrology services.
- Plan and execute product testing, measurement, and verification services.




- Drive continuous improvement in quality processes and lab performance.
- Ensure compliance with the Quality Management System requirements.
- Lead cross-functional projects with local and global teams.

Your profile
- University degree in Mechanical, Electronics, or related Engineering.
- Experience in quality management and leading technical teams.
- Strong knowledge of quality methods, tools, and continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management in multicultural environments.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
