Product Engineering Intern

At Able Tech de México, we are looking for a highly motivated Product Engineering Intern who is eager to learn, embraces new challenges, and thrives in a dynamic, results-driven environment.

We are looking for a quick learner who is passionate about professional growth, takes ownership of assigned projects, and consistently follows through on action items until completion.

Academic Requirements
- Active student pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
- Currently enrolled in the final semesters of the degree program, preferably sixth semester or above.
- Availability to work the morning shift.

Technical Requirements
- Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical blueprints.
- Experience with CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, CATIA, Creo, or similar).




- Basic knowledge of precision measuring equipment, including calipers, micrometers, and optical comparators.
- Intermediate English proficiency, with the ability to read and understand technical documentation and communicate effectively in a professional work environment.

Preferred Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of Continuous Improvement methodologies (5S, Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, PDCA).
- Basic understanding of APQP, PPAP, FMEA, and Control Plans.
- Familiarity with quality tools such as 8D, Fishbone (Ishikawa) Diagram, and 5 Whys.
- Academic project experience related to product design or manufacturing.
