Senior HR Manager
who can understand what is happening within the plant, identify the causes behind key workforce indicators, and translate those insights into practical solutions for the business.

Strengthen operational stability and build an HR function capable of delivering measurable results in areas such as:

↳ Attraction and retention of operational talent

↳ Labor and union relations

↳ Employee engagement and organizational climate

↳ Workforce productivity and labor efficiency

↳ Employee services and plant support operations

↳ Development and monitoring of HR KPIs

The profile we are looking for

A Human Resources leader with broad experience in manufacturing environments, capable of working effectively both on the production floor and with senior management.





✓ Solid experience as an
HR Manager, Senior HR Business Partner, or Head of Human Resources
within manufacturing

✓ Hands-on experience in labor and union relations

✓ Experience supporting large operational workforces

✓ Strong understanding of high-volume recruitment and local labor-market challenges

✓ Ability to diagnose organizational issues and develop data-driven solutions

✓ Experience managing employee services, such as cafeteria, transportation, medical services, security, or related functions

✓ Demonstrated results in turnover, absenteeism, retention, engagement, or productivity indicators

✓ Functional to advanced English for interaction with international leadership

✓ Availability to work fully on-site
