We are seeking a TA Operations Partner who will work in a highly dedicated and innovative integral Customer Experience team working to develop and run best-in-class recruitment processes and procedures.
- Support the strategic development of the end-to-end Talent Acquisition supply chain using analytics and sound operational judgement.
- Take accountability and drive the cross functional collaboration required to land innovation and practical change.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement program which would include working closely with global TA Partner teams
- Work to clear expectations, performance measures and goals which are stretching and push operational boundaries and efficiencies
