Role Description
The Head of PMO / PMO Lead at Dinámica | Marketing Inmobiliario will oversee the planning, coordination, and governance of programs and projects across the organization. This part-time, remote role includes defining and maintaining project management standards, establishing processes, and ensuring projects align with strategic business objectives. The role involves supervising project teams, monitoring timelines and budgets, tracking risks and issues, and consolidating performance reports for leadership. The Head of PMO / PMO Lead will collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders, support decision-making with data-driven insights, and continuously improve PMO frameworks and tools.

Qualifications
- Ability to manage and oversee multiple programs and projects, demonstrating strong Program Management capabilities.
- Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, evaluate project performance, and support evidence-based decisions.
- Proficiency in Stakeholder Management,



including building collaborative relationships and managing expectations across teams and clients.
- Experience with Budgeting, cost control, and financial tracking within a project or program environment.
- Proven Team Leadership skills, including guiding project managers, fostering accountability, and encouraging continuous improvement.
- Experience in PMO setup or optimization, with knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, hybrid approaches).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities, suitable for a part-time, remote work arrangement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field; advanced certification such as PMP, PgMP, or PMO-specific credentials is a plus.
- Experience in marketing, real estate, or related industries is beneficial but not required.
