SM. The idóneo candidate will be responsible for improving CMDB data quality, governance, cleanup, and maintaining accurate Configuration Item (CI) lifecycle management. You will work on CMDB integrations, Discovery, Service Mapping, and data ingestion while supporting ITSM processes aligned with ITIL best practices. Candidates should have strong troubleshooting and analytical skills, along with excellent communication abilities
. ServiceNow CIS-IT
SM an
d CIS-Data Foundations (CMDB & CSD
M) certifications are required. Experience with dashboards, reporting, and enterprise integrations will be highly value
