Position/Job Purpose
- Provide adequate support to the area on issues related to the Internal Control System implemented in the Bank, as well as current regulation.

Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Review regulatory report topics, work related to regulation, enhance internal control system.

Experience and Knowledge
- Strong understanding of relevant Mexican laws, regulations, and reporting requirements applicable in Mexico, including financial reporting guidelines and procedures for submission to authorities such as the CNBV.
- Ability to analyze complex data, reconcile reports, and identify discrepancies to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Effective communication with internal teams and regulators to clarify requirements and resolve reporting issues.
- Proficiency in relevant reporting software, Excel, and other data management tools to prepare, audit,



and submit reports.
- Ability to anticipate regulatory changes, assess impacts, and implement strategies to maintain compliance.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements before reports are submitted.
- High level of professional integrity and attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving skills and commitment to continuous improvement.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Language: English - advanced.
