YOUR MISSION
Join the Performance Medicine team for Cirque du Soleil’s premier resident show in Mexico. Reporting to the Head Physiotherapist and the Artistic Director, you will deliver elite-level rehabilitative and emergency care to a world-class cast of artists in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.

This position is offered in partnership with Grupo Vidanta. Successful candidates will be employed by Grupo Vidanta, placed on their payroll, and subject to their employment policies.

Core Responsibilities
- Emergency Medical Response: Provide immediate, high-standard emergency care during rehearsals and live performances. You are responsible for maintaining peak emergency preparedness and executing safe, timely responses to all on-stage incidents.
- Clinical Excellence: Deliver physical evaluations, clinical diagnoses, and rehabilitative therapy tailored to the functional demands of acrobatic performance.
- Injury Prevention: Collaborate with coaches and the Head Physiotherapist to design and implement targeted prevention programs using varied exercise approaches.
- Interdisciplinary Communication: Act as a medical liaison for the Artistic Director and Stage Management. Manage medical appointments, insurance/workers’ compensation documentation, and artist fun
