You'll advance U.S. personal injury claims by providing essential bilingual legal support remotely.

Compensation:
USD 7 - 13/hour

Location:
Remote (for residents of Colombia, Costa Rica, Mexico, and Venezuela).

- You are proficient in Personal injury law, Paralegal drafting, Medical terminology, Medical billing, Management of Petitions, Complaints, Claims, and Suggestions (PQRS management), Legal writing, Legal translation.
- Spanish - Fully fluent
- English - Fully fluent

Responsibilities and more:
Responsibilities:
- Draft and organize demand letters, medical summaries, case intake notes, and other legal documents in English and Spanish.




- Manage communication with clients, medical providers, and insurance adjusters in both languages.
- Assist attorneys with case management tasks, including updating case files, tracking deadlines, and organizing documents.
- Translate and proofread legal documents and correspondence to ensure accuracy and clarity.
- Support with legal research and preparation of case materials relevant to personal injury claims.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while handling sensitive client information.
- Must be HIPAA-certified or willing to complete certification immediately upon hire (training can be provided).

Requirements:
- Licensed attorney in a Latin American country (will be performing paralegal-level work).
- Fluent in both English and Spanish, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
