Quality Manager
We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Quality Manager to lead our Quality organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving quality excellence across manufacturing operations, ensuring compliance with customer requirements, industry standards, and regulatory expectations while promoting a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Quality department, including Quality Engineers, Supervisors, Technicians, and Inspectors.
- Ensure compliance with IATF 16949, customer-specific requirements (CSR), and applicable regulatory standards.
- Develop and implement quality strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Lead customer quality activities, including audits, complaints, warranty issues, and corrective actions.
- Oversee APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plans, MSA, and SPC activities for new and existing products.
- Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions using methodologies such as 8D, 5 Why, and Ishikawa.
- Monitor and improve quality KPIs including PPM, scrap, customer complaints, COPQ,



internal defects, and audit performance.
- Lead internal, customer, and third-party audits and ensure timely closure of findings.
- Coordinate supplier quality activities in collaboration with the Supplier Quality team.
- Support manufacturing operations by driving defect prevention and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Develop and mentor the Quality team to enhance technical and leadership capabilities.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, and Program Management to ensure product and process quality.
- Report quality performance to Plant Leadership and corporate management.
