What You’ll Do
As a Digital PMO Analyst, you’ll act as the bridge between business and IT teams, driving the expansion, deployment, and optimization of digital PMO tools in a fast-paced, innovative environment. You’ll support end-to-end software projects while gaining hands-on experience in data analytics, process automation, and stakeholder collaboration. Here’s how you’ll contribute:




- Convert PMO and operational requirements into clear technical specifications for development teams.
- Help build and maintain executive dashboards in Google Looker Studio, AppSheet, or Power BI, transforming raw data into actionable insights.
- Identify platform limitations or process gaps and propose sustainable solutions to enhance performance and user adoption.
- Support training, documentation, and stakeholder engagement to drive smooth digital transitions.
- Assist in managing change control, risks, issues, actions, and lessons learned while facilitating workshops and maintaining project documentation.
- Develop relational database reports and visualizations to support decision-making.

Who You Are
You’re an ambitious, tech-savvy problem-solver eager to grow in digital project management. Your background includes:
- Bachelor’s degree in an engineering field.
