Engineering Manager We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Engineering Manager to lead our Engineering team in a fast-paced automotive manufacturing environment. This position is responsible for overseeing manufacturing engineering, process development, new product launches, continuous improvement initiatives, and technical support to ensure operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and business growth.

Lead and manage the Manufacturing Engineering team, including Process Engineers, Manufacturing Engineers, Industrial Engineers, and Engineering Technicians.
Develop and implement engineering strategies aligned with the company’s operational and business objectives.
Ensure manufacturing processes are capable, efficient, and compliant with customer and quality requirements.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, quality, cost reduction, and operational efficiency.
Lead process development, line balancing, capacity planning, and manufacturing optimization projects.
Coordinate equipment selection, installation, validation, and commissioning.




Lead capital investment projects, including budget planning and execution.
Ensure compliance with engineering standards, safety requirements, and environmental regulations.
Collaborate with Quality, Production, Supply Chain, Maintenance, Program Management, and Customers to achieve project objectives.
Develop engineering talent through coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
Monitor engineering KPIs and present performance updates to Plant Leadership.

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechatronics, or related Engineering field.
Minimum of 7–10 years of engineering experience within the automotive industry.
At least 5 years of leadership experience managing engineering teams.
Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal).
Strong knowledge of APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plans, and AIAG Core Tools.
