We're looking for a customer-focused and empathetic
Customer Support Specialist
to join our remote team. In this role, you'll provide exceptional support to customers by resolving inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a seamless customer experience across multiple communication channels.

? Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, live chat, phone, and other support channels in a timely and professional manner
- Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
- Troubleshoot product or service-related problems and provide effective solutions
- Escalate complex cases to the appropriate internal teams when necessary
- Accurately document customer interactions and update records in the CRM system
- Process customer requests, account updates, returns, and other service-related tasks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience and resolve recurring issues




- Meet individual and team performance metrics, including response time and customer satisfaction goals
- Stay up to date on company products, services, and policies
- Identify opportunities to improve support processes and enhance the customer experience

✅ Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in customer support, customer service, or a related role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset
- Ability to remain professional and empathetic when handling challenging situations
- Experience using CRM systems and customer support platforms is an advantage
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- Fluent in English;
Spanish language skills are highly desirable
- Based in Mexico with legal authorization to work full-ti
