- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand production requirements and translate them into effective tooling solutions. ,
- Designing and developing jigs, fixtures, and tools to support efficient and accurate manufacturing processes. ,
- Conducting feasibility studies and cost analyses for new tooling projects. ,
- Ensuring that all jigs and tools meet safety, ergonomic, and quality standards. ,
- Overseeing the testing and validation of jigs and tools before implementation. ,
- Providing technical support and troubleshooting for tooling-related issues on the production floor. ,
- Monitoring the performance of tools and implementing continuous improvement initiatives. ,
- Managing documentation related to tooling design, modifications, and maintenance. ,
- Coordinating with suppliers for the procurement of tooling materials and services. ,
- Training production teams on the proper use and maintenance of jigs and tools."
