The Job:
We are seeking a highly capable, strategic, and exceptionally polished
Executive Assistant
to support the
VP, Latin America Manufacturing
. This leader is responsible for manufacturing operations across
plants in Mexico, Brazil, and Argentina
, and requires a trusted partner who can operate with urgency, discretion, sound judgment, and a high level of professionalism.

This role is idóneo for an experienced Executive Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment and can anticipate needs, manage competing priorities,



and create structure in a complex regional business setting.

The successful candidate will serve as a key partner to the VP, enabling focus on strategic priorities by ensuring seamless coordination of calendar, travel, communications, meetings, and follow-through across the organization.
- Manage an extremely active, complex, and constantly shifting calendar, prioritizing critical business needs while protecting time for strategic focus.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, ground transportation, itineraries, agendas, supporting materials and travel expenses
- Ensure the VP is fully prepared for upcoming meetings, travel, decisions, and commitments through proactive planning and timely follow-up.
- Partner closely with the VP’s direct reports and key stakeholders to track action items, meeting follow-ups, and deliverables to completion.
