- This is not your typical traditional executive assistant or administrative support role.
- We are looking for an execution-focused,



tech-savvy Operations Operator (Backend) to join our team at Solvo.
- In this high-performance role, you will significantly expand our Account Managers' capacity by taking full ownership of task execution, streamlining workflows, and leveraging cutting-edge AI tools (like ChatGPT and Claude) to deliver high-quality work faster and more efficiently.

Compensation Range (Monthly):
- Guatemala: GTQ 7,500 - GTQ 8,500.
- Colombia: COP 2,080,000 - COP 2,275,000.
