Job Description:

As an Assistant Manager within KDN Audit, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality audit services while supporting engagement leadership and developing team capability. You will oversee key components of audit engagements, ensuring quality, consistency, and adherence to professional standards, while increasingly owning client interactions and workflow management. This role sits between execution and leadership - combining hands-on involvement in audit delivery with growing responsibility for team oversight, stakeholder coordination, and continuous improvement. You will support Managers and Senior Managers in driving operational efficiency, developing talent, and enhancing the delivery model across KDN Audit.

Core Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality audit work by overseeing execution, reviewing outputs, and ensuring consistency with KPMG methodology and regulatory standards.
- Act as a key bridge between team members and engagement leadership, ensuring clear communication, timely delivery, and issue resolution.




- Build trust with onshore stakeholders through proactive communication, reliability, and quality outcomes
- Develop and coach junior professionals, strengthening team capability and supporting career progression.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, standardization, and scalability across engagements.
- Contribute to building a high-performing, collaborative team environment aligned with KDN values.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 4-6 years of relevant audit experience in public accounting, preferably with Big 4 or large firms
- Have strong audit experience with the ability to independently manage sections of complex engagements
- Strong technical knowledge of audit procedures, and accounting standards. US GAAP preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Fluent); ability to clearly convey technical concepts in
