We're looking for a friendly, customer-focused, and solution-oriented Customer Service Representative
to join our remote team. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional support, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience across multiple communication channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner

• Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction

• Process orders, returns, refunds, and account updates accurately

• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams when necessary

• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system

• Provide product and service information to customers

• Follow company policies and customer service procedures consistently

• Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience and resolve recurring issues





• Meet individual and team performance metrics, including response times and customer satisfaction targets

• Continuously learn about company products, services, and processes

✅ Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in customer service, call center, or a related role is preferred

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset

• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a remote work environment

• Experience using CRM software and customer support tools is an advantage

• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office or Google Workspace

• Ability to remain professional and empathetic when handling challenging situations

• Fluent in English; Spanish language skills are highly desirable

• Based in Mexico with legal authorization to work full-time
