About the Role
Our client is a top-tier university expanding its general footprint and looking for a dynamic educational consultant to establish their physical presence in Latin America. In this critical role, you will serve as the primary representative for the university in the region. You will be responsible for connecting with high-quality prospective students, building robust institutional partnerships, and engaging a growing alumni network.

What You Will Do
- Lead and coordinate regional student recruitment, admissions, and preparation activities.
- Travel internationally to education fairs, high schools, and regional institutions to present the university's study options.
- Serve as the main point of contact for Latin American alums, organizing events to connect them with prospective students.
- Research, propose, and establish a physical office space for the university in Mexico City.
- Drive digital outreach and social media efforts for the program.
- Utilize Salesforce to maintain lead flow, analyze data, and strategize future outreach efforts.




- Host university faculty during regional visits and travel to the main campus at least once a year to align with the institution's culture and best practices.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree.
- Six (6) years of related outreach and recruitment experience.
- One (1) year of office management experience.

Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in a relevant field, plus 4 years of academic recruitment/admissions experience in higher education.
- Direct experience living, studying, or working internationally.
- Proven skills in project, office, and contract management.
- Prior direct knowledge of or experience with the client institution (as a student, alum, or faculty member).
- A highly self-disciplined professional capable of working independently and representing the university ethically.
