Role Description
The Generative AI Specialist will work closely with the team to design, build, and refine AI-driven tools and content that support beauty education, product recommendations, and salon partner engagement. Day-to-day responsibilities include experimenting with generative models, creating and optimizing prompts, generating training materials and marketing content, and analyzing performance data to improve AI outputs. The role will also support automation of routine tasks, help integrate AI features into existing digital platforms, and ensure that AI-generated content aligns with brand guidelines and is inclusive, accurate, and user-friendly. This is a part-time remote role, offering flexibility while requiring reliable availability for collaboration with internal stakeholders and trainers.

Qualifications
- Strong understanding of generative AI technologies and large language models, including hands-on experience with prompt engineering and fine-tuning.
- Ability to analyze data and user feedback to measure AI performance, identify issues,



and propose clear improvements.
- Familiarity with basic programming or scripting (e.g., Python) and APIs to integrate AI tools into digital products or workflows.
- Experience creating clear, engaging content (such as training materials, FAQs, or product guides) that is accurate and accessible to non-technical audiences.
- Comfort working with beauty or consumer products, with an interest in trends, professional salon services, and user education.
- Strong communication skills, ability to collaborate in a remote environment, and a structured approach to documentation and version control.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in computer science, data science, AI, engineering, or a related field; experience in beauty, cosmetics, or professional training is an advantage.
- Commitment to ethical, inclusive AI practices, including sensitivity to diverse users and avoidance of biased or misleading outputs.
