We are seeking an experienced
Maintenance & Reliability Manager
to lead the transformation, standardization, and continuous improvement of maintenance and reliability practices across our operations. This strategic leadership role will drive asset reliability, optimize maintenance performance, strengthen risk management, and support business objectives related to safety, operational excellence, and cost efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and deployment of corporate maintenance and reliability strategies, standards, and best practices.
- Drive reliability engineering initiatives including
RCM, RCA, FMEA, Asset Criticality Analysis, and Defect Elimination Programs
.
- Establish and govern predictive maintenance technologies including vibration analysis, thermography, ultrasound, oil analysis, and motor circuit analysis.
- Own and continuously improve the maintenance planning and scheduling process.




- Define and monitor key maintenance KPIs such as
MTBF, MTTR, Availability, Schedule Compliance, and Backlog Management
.
- Lead strategic MRO and spare parts planning, working closely with Procurement and Warehousing teams.
- Support maintenance CAPEX prioritization, business cases, and lifecycle cost optimization initiatives.
- Implement risk-based asset management methodologies and integrate reliability with process safety programs.

Qualifications

Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- Master’s degree is considered a strong advantage.

Experience
- 6–10+ years of progressive experience in maintenance, reliability engineering, or asset management.
- Proven experience within heavy industry, steel, mining, manufacturing, or process industries.
- Strong background in reliability-centered maintenance and asset management frameworks.
