Role Description
The Entrepreneur Experience Analyst is a full-time, on-site role based in México, Mexico, focused on supporting high-impact entrepreneurs throughout their journey with Endeavor.



This role involves managing and improving the experience of entrepreneurs, including coordinating programs, events, and mentoring sessions, and ensuring effective communication across stakeholders in the Endeavor network. The Analyst will collect and analyze data related to entrepreneur engagement and performance, identify areas for improvement, and propose initiatives that enhance the value entrepreneurs receive from Endeavor México. Day-to-day tasks include preparing reports and presentations, supporting selection and support processes, collaborating closely with internal teams and external partners, and maintaining accurate records and documentation. The role also requires proactive problem-solving, project management, and a strong commitment to Endeavor’s mission of fostering high-impact entrepreneurship.
