Role Overview

We are seeking a
Full-Stack .NET Developer
with strong
AWS
expertise to support the
ICW Claims POD
. The adecuado candidate will build scalable .NET applications across frontend, backend, and data layers while leveraging AWS-native services and working within a
SAFe Agile
environment.

Mandatory Skills
- 5–8 years of software development experience
- Strong hands-on experience with
.NET Core (.NET 6/8+)
and
C#
- Experience developing scalable
full-stack applications
(frontend, backend, and database)
- Strong SQL skills, including queries, scripting, and database interactions
- Hands-on experience developing
AWS APIs
, including:
- Serverless architectures
- Event-driven architectures
- Experience with
AWS CDK
for infrastructure provisioning and template consumption
- Strong understanding of
RESTful APIs
and API documentation using
Swagger/OpenAPI
- Experience building and maintaining
CI/CD pipelines
using Git-based workflows




- Hands-on experience with AWS monitoring and observability tools:
- CloudWatch
- AWS X-Ray
- Strong experience with unit testing frameworks:
- NUnit
- xUnit
- Test-Driven Development (TDD) experience
- Experience publishing and maintaining API documentation for developer portals
- Experience working in
Agile/SAFe
environments, including sprint ceremonies
- Ability to work effectively with remote and distributed teams
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)

Nice-to-Have Skills
- Insurance or Claims domain experience
- Experience with the
Guidewire
platform
- Microservices architecture and distributed systems experience
- Participation in solution design and lightweight architecture reviews
- Performance optimization and observability best practices
