We're looking for a proactive and people-oriented
HR Generalist
to join our remote team. In this role, you'll support a wide range of human resources functions, including employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, HR administration, and policy implementation. You'll play a key role in fostering a positive employee experience and supporting the company's continued growth.

? Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day HR operations across multiple functions
- Assist with recruitment, interviewing, onboarding, and offboarding processes
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
- Administer HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and workplace matters
- Coordinate employee engagement, training, and development initiatives
- Assist with performance management and employee evaluation processes
- Support benefits administration and HR reporting




- Ensure confidentiality and accuracy when handling employee information
- Collaborate with managers to support workforce planning and organizational initiatives

✅ Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in human resources or a related role
- Strong understanding of core HR functions and employment practices
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote work environment
- Experience with HRIS, ATS, or other HR software is an advantage
- High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- Self-motivated with strong problem-solving and time management skills
- Fluent in English;
Spanish language skills are highly desirable
- Based in Mexico with legal authorization to work full-time
