- Prepare the preonboarding prepare new hires by completing administrative tasks and introducing them to the company culture
- Lead the MX employees onboarding and Buddy programs, continuously improving processes for a seamless employee experience
- Serve as a trusted talent advisor to leaders in support of business objectives, including organizational change, growth, and transformation
- Design, support, and implement new or revised organizational designs as needed to deliver business results and drive role clarity, capability building, and effectiveness
- Instill a coaching culture when partnering with the business, helping to develop leadership capabilities to continuously improve and sustain organizational health
- Perform talent and organization diagnoses to align with business strategy and prioritize solutions that are fit for purpose to deliver benefit and desired outcomes
- Use data analytics to proactively provide recommendations and insight to leaders in support of employee experience and business results

succession planning, talent assessment, internal mobility support, development plans, and effective performance evaluation calibrations and communication
