About the Role

We're looking for a Social Media Marketing Specialist to help manage and grow social media accounts for multiple clients. You'll create content strategies, coordinate with creative teams, analyze campaign performance, and help clients build engaging online communities across social platforms.

Responsibilities
- Develop and manage monthly social media content calendars aligned with client goals.
- Plan, publish, and optimize content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social platforms.
- Collaborate with designers and content creators to produce engaging social media assets.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide recommendations based on analytics and insights.
- Track budget pacing for paid social campaigns and recommend optimizations.




- Review social media reports and communicate performance trends to internal teams.
- Optimize social media profiles and maintain consistent brand messaging.
- Monitor community engagement, comments, and messages.
- Research industry trends, competitors, and new content opportunities.
- Identify audience insights and recommend targeting improvements for organic and paid campaigns.

Requirements
- 2+ years of professional social media marketing experience.
- Experience managing multiple client accounts, preferably in a digital marketing agency.
- Strong understanding of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Meta Business Suite.
- Experience creating content calendars and coordinating creative assets.
- Comfortable analyzing social media performance metrics and making data-driven recommendations.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
