Architecture | Building Design & Construction

As an Architecture – Construction Auxiliary Intern, you will collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to support the planning, design, and documentation of architectural and construction projects. This position provides the opportunity to develop technical and professional skills through real-world experience in design coordination, digital drafting, BIM workflows, and project execution.

Profile
- Currently in the final semesters of a Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Edification or a related field.
- Availability to work part-time.
- Strong interest in architectural project development and construction site supervision.
- Basic knowledge of construction processes is preferred.
- Ability to create, read, and interpret technical and construction drawings.

Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and updating of architectural drawings.
- Produce architectural graphic representations and digital drawings.
- Develop 3D models and renderings for project presentations.




- Support quantity take-offs and construction volume calculations.
- Prepare bills of quantities (BOQs) and project documentation.
- Assist in the preparation of unit price analyses and project budgets.
- Review and interpret architectural, structural, and construction drawings.
- Maintain and organize technical documentation throughout project development.

Technical Knowledge
- Digital drafting and technical drawing.
- Architectural graphic representation.
- 3D modeling and rendering (preferred).
- Architectural visualization and rendering.
- Reading and interpreting technical and construction drawings.
- Quantity take-offs and construction volume calculations.
- Bills of quantities (BOQs).
- Basic knowledge of unit price analysis and cost estimating.
- Understanding of basic construction processes.
- BIM (Building Information Modeling) knowledge is a plus.
