About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive
Marketing Project Manager
to help manage the flow of our marketing work. In this role, you will be the glue that holds our campaigns together, ensuring that both critical long-term projects and quick day-to-day tasks move smoothly from request to completion.

You don't need to be a highly technical PM; instead, we are looking for someone with a solid understanding of the marketing ecosystem, great people skills, and a knack for keeping things organized and moving forward.

What You Will Do

Manage Critical Marketing Projects:
- Coordinate & Schedule:
Organize and facilitate key project meetings with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Build & Track:
Set up and maintain detailed project trackers in our PM system (
ClickUp
), ensuring all tasks, dependencies, and timelines are clear.
- Ensure Delivery:
Monitor progress to ensure all deliverables are completed on agreed-upon timelines.
- Stakeholder Management:
Act as the central point of contact to manage changes, feedback,



and expectations between stakeholders seamlessly.

Drive Day-to-Day Operations:
- Traffic Management:
Review incoming daily tasks and assign them to the correct teams and resources.
- Deadline Monitoring:
Keep a close eye on daily and weekly deadlines to prevent bottlenecks.
- Conflict Resolution:
Proactively identify prioritization conflicts and bring the right parties together to find quick, effective solutions.

What We Are Looking For
- Language Skills:
Advanced English proficiency (both written and spoken) is an absolute must, as you will be communicating daily with a US-based team and stakeholders.
- Experience:
Proven experience managing projects within a marketing environment (marketing agency experience is a huge plus).
- Tech-Savvy:
Familiarity with modern project management tools. Experience specifically with
ClickUp
is highly preferred.
