Role Description
The Financial Analyst role is a full-time remote position responsible for supporting Jousfit’s financial decision-making and growth. Day-to-day activities include preparing, reviewing, and interpreting financial statements, tracking key performance indicators, and assisting with budgeting and forecasting processes. The role involves analyzing trends in revenue, expenses, and profitability, producing accurate financial reports, and recommending actions to improve financial efficiency and sustainability. The Financial Analyst collaborates with cross-functional teams to evaluate new product initiatives, assess financial risks, and provide data-driven insights to leadership.



This position also supports the creation and maintenance of financial models and dashboards to ensure transparent and timely financial information across the company.

Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Finance, including understanding of core financial concepts and business drivers.
- Demonstrated Financial Planning skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis.
- Ability to analyze and interpret Financial Statements to assess performance and identify trends.
- Experience in Financial Reporting, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Advanced Analytical Skills, with proficiency in spreadsheets and financial modeling tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
