Culligan Mexico
is looking for a Talent Acquisition Sr Supervisor to lead our talent attraction strategy and ensure we bring in the best profiles to drive the organization's growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement the recruitment and selection strategy aligned with business objectives
- Lead and develop the recruiting team, setting goals, KPIs, and growth plans
- Define and monitor key metrics (time to fill, cost per hire, quality of hire)
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with area leaders to understand their talent needs
- Manage employer branding and presence across recruitment platforms
- Optimize selection processes, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring an excellent candidate experience
- Negotiate and manage relationships with external providers (headhunters, job boards, ATS)
- Analyze labor market trends and salary benchmarking to maintain competitiveness




- Collaborate with Compensation and Benefits on defining attractive offers
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and current labor regulations throughout the recruitment process

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years leading teams
- Experience in both mass recruitment and specialized/executive positions
- Proficiency with ATS and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.)
- Advanced English (preferred)
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills
