Pay: $7.00–$10.00 USD per hour

Paul Davis Restoration is looking for a detail-oriented Virtual Accounting Assistant to join our remote team. If you have experience with QuickBooks, enjoy working with numbers, and take pride in accuracy, we'd love to hear from you

What You'll Do:
- Enter vendor bills accurately in QuickBooks
- Create and send customer invoices
- Send friendly payment reminders and follow up on outstanding invoices
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
- Assist with other accounting-related tasks as needed

What We're Looking For:
- Experience with QuickBooks (required)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (required)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Previous accounting, bookkeeping, accounts receivable, or invoicing experience preferred
