We are seeking a skilled Electrical Engineer to join our engineering team. This role focuses on designing, developing, and supporting electrical systems for custom HVAC equipment, ensuring compliance with safety standards and delivering high-performance solutions. Prepare or modify drawings and monitor work for compliance to applicable codes, and best engineering practices.
Comply in due time and proper form with assigned activities; meeting completely the requirements of internal and external customers. Participate in continuous improvement activities as part of standard work.
- Create and review electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and control system interfaces for different HVACR equipment.
- Select appropriate electrical components (relays, contactors, fuses, VFDs, etc.).
- Ensure designs meet company standards, UL safety certifications, and regulatory compliance.
- Reads and understands customer project construction documents.
- Interprets project specifications for the electrical team.
- Responsible for accurate bill of materials including automation via EPLAN.
- Regularly communicates with customers either in person or by video conferencing.
- Work with other engineering areas to integrate electrical and control systems in complex unit designs.
Experiencia y requisitos
- Bachelor's Degree Electrical, Mechanical, Electromechanical, Mechatronics Engineering or related.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in similar role.
- Understanding of electrical and control systems.
- Design of ICP (Industrial Control Panel)
- Advanced English Level
