Position Summary:The Senior Manager HR System Design is a strategic product leader responsible for the end-to-end ownership of our HR technology products including SAP SuccessFactors and custom system applications This role operates at the intersection of business strategy product management and technology delivery ensuring solutions are aligned to enterprise priorities scalable and deliver measurable business valueThis leader executes against the organizations product vision governs the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
and drives execution across complex cross-functional environments They serve as the primary bridge between HR IT and business stakeholders translating strategic objectives into actionable product roadmaps and high-quality system outcomes
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Reporting to the Director HR System Design this role is responsible for overseeing designated products within the HR ecosystem and leading the execution of associated Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) initiatives
