Training & Operations Manager

What will be your mission?

Lead the training and development strategy for commercial teams, strengthening their technical knowledge and commercial capabilities to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

? Design and implement training programs.

? Train, certify, and develop field teams.

? Provide scientific education on active ingredients, product benefits, and key product differentiators.

? Conduct point-of-sale visits and provide commercial coaching.

? Drive technical knowledge and the achievement of business objectives.

? Work closely with Sales teams to strengthen KPIs and business results.

We are looking for someone with:

✔️ Experience delivering both in-person and virtual training.

✔️ Strong leadership and team development skills.





✔️ Excellent communication and presentation skills.

✔️ Strong planning and organizational skills.

✔️ Results-oriented mindset.

✔️ Advanced English proficiency.

✔️ Availability to travel nationwide and work in the field and at points of sale.

What do we offer?

? Base salary starting at
MXN $24,000 gross per month
, depending on experience.
