This role will expand and enhance existing AI tools by designing intelligent workflows, integrating APIs, connecting business systems, and developing scalable AI solutions that automate business operations.

Responsibilities of the role:

• Design scalable automation architectures.

• Integrate AI with internal and external business systems.

• Optimize prompt engineering and AI decision trees.

• Structure AI memory, context, and retrieval systems.

• Build API connections.

• Build business automation pipelines.

• Improve AI response quality and efficiency.

• Document system architecture and maintain development standards.

• Work closely with product, operations, and leadership to prioritize development.

Required Experience and Qualifications:





• Experience deploying production AI systems.

• Strong API development experience.

• Webhooks.

• Integrating Shopify & Woocommerce.

• CRM integration.

• Automated Email Reports.

Personality:

• Collaborative and proactive in working with cross-functional teams.

Software & Tools:

• Familiarity with AI development frameworks and tools.
