We are seeking an experienced, strategic, and results-driven Head of Operations to lead and oversee the organization’s operational functions. This role is responsible for developing operational strategies, optimizing business processes, driving efficiency, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring operational excellence across the organization.

? Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with the company’s vision, objectives, and growth plans.

• Lead and oversee day-to-day business operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and service excellence.

• Design, implement, and continuously improve operational processes, workflows, and performance standards.

• Monitor key operational metrics and KPIs, providing insights and recommendations to executive leadership.

• Drive operational excellence initiatives, process optimization, automation, and cost-efficiency programs.





• Collaborate with department leaders to align operational activities with business goals and customer expectations.

• Manage resource planning, workforce allocation, budgeting, and operational forecasting.

• Identify operational risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure business continuity.

• Lead change management, organizational transformation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Oversee compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, quality standards, and operational controls.

• Develop and mentor managers and operational teams, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance.

• Support strategic planning, expansion initiatives, and new business opportunities.

• Prepare executive reports, operational reviews, and business performance updates for senior leadership and stakeholders.
