About the Role

We're hiring a Marketing Project Manager to run the day-to-day of marketing at Solo Media Group and work side-by-side with the founder. This is a project manager + executive assistant hybrid — the person who makes sure the marketing engine actually turns: case studies get updated, pages get refreshed and launched, the content calendar moves, the media buyer is briefed, the SEO team is on track, the video editors have what they need, and the founder's personal brand keeps shipping.

You won't be writing the marketing strategy. You'll be the reason it gets executed. If a deadline slips, you saw it coming. If a deliverable is late, you already chased it. If something needs a designer, a writer, or a vendor, you've already lined them up.





This is a high-trust seat. You'll be inside almost everything we do externally.

What You'll Do
- Run the day-to-day — own the marketing workstream end to end. Know what's shipping this week, what's blocked, and what's next.
- Keep the content calendar — own the editorial calendar across blog, social, email, video, and case studies. Make sure dates hold.
- Update and ship case studies — coordinate the writeups, get screenshots and assets from designers, push them live on the site, and keep them current as projects evolve.
- Update designs on marketing pages — work with designers to refresh the SMG site, landing pages, and campaign pages. Brief the designer, review the work, ship the update.
- Launch pages — push completed pages live, QA them across devices, and make sure they're tracked properly.
