Role Description
The Developer (Junior / Senior Engineer) will contribute to the design, development, testing, and maintenance of software solutions for Agilidade Preta. This part-time, remote role involves writing clean, efficient code, reviewing pull requests, debugging issues, and collaborating with team members through online communication tools. The developer will participate in sprint planning, refine technical requirements, and help improve existing systems for performance, reliability, and security. Responsibilities also include documenting code and processes, supporting integration and deployment activities, and proactively suggesting enhancements to development practices and product features.

Qualifications
- Strong programming skills in one or more modern languages and frameworks, with the ability to write maintainable, well-tested code.
- Experience with software development lifecycle practices, including version control, code review,



and continuous integration or deployment.
- Ability to analyze requirements, design technical solutions, and troubleshoot complex issues in distributed or web-based systems.
- Comfort working in a remote, collaborative environment, using communication and project management tools to coordinate tasks.
- Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and basic software architecture principles.
- Attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work on a part-time schedule.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in agile or lean development environments and interest in continuous learning and professional growth.
