Job Description
Responsible for growth and expansion of direct sales and profit margins within assigned accounts and/or territory/region on products or services. Establishes professional relationships with key personnel in customer accounts. Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and margin dollars.

Job Requirements
- Sell Nobel's business unit products, and potentially sell products from other Envista business units if the company communicates this strategy.
- Visit existing clients (sell-in) and prospect for new clients.
- Visit end clients (dentists) and perform sell-out activities.
- Plan, organize, and conduct sales training sessions on Nobel's products and services to promote them.
- Actively participate in T&E; events and/or trade shows and conferences by demonstrating, explaining, and selling products from your portfolio.
- Provide support, attention, creation, and management of T&E; events.
- Define initiatives and strategies to generate opportunities for new clients, expand the market, and gain market share.




- Execute the visit plan/sales action plan and report visits and sales information in the company system;
- Propose process improvements and initiatives to enhance sales performance;
- Resolve problems in simple situations; analyze potential solutions using technical expertise, judgment, and precedent;
- May require instruction, guidance, and direction from other coworkers and/or senior supervisors in your region;
- Follow company processes and policies
- Prepare periodic reports
- Other duties as assigned
