We're looking for a Pricing & Promotion Specialist to join a fast-paced, bootstrapped, and profitable US-based DTC performance marketing agency that has generated over $1.5B in sales for innovative consumer brands.

This is a full-time remote role for someone who is hungry to grow fast and be developed by the best. You'll work directly under a Senior Performance Marketing Manager who will coach and develop you across pricing strategy, promotional mechanics, and statistically rigorous experimentation — with a clear path toward a Performance Marketing Manager role.

This is not a passive support role. You'll be in the work every day — running tests, pulling analysis, building frameworks, and contributing meaningfully to offer performance across a portfolio of DTC brands. You won't specialize into one narrow lane. You'll develop across pricing, consumer psychology, funnel design, and experimentation all at once.

Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in performance marketing,



growth marketing, direct-response marketing, or a closely related field
- Hands-on exposure to eCommerce or DTC offers — with some involvement in pricing, promotional, or conversion optimization work
- Familiarity with experimentation concepts: A/B testing, hypothesis development, and metric interpretation
- Comfort working with performance data and translating it into decisions
- Strong written and verbal English — this is a US-hours, cross-functional role
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-directed — you manage multiple workstreams without dropping balls
- Comfortable collaborating with creative, data, and media buying teams
