Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive
Security Analyst
to join our cybersecurity team. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring security events, identifying potential threats, investigating security incidents, and helping protect the organization's systems, networks, and sensitive data. You will work closely with IT and security teams to ensure a secure and compliant environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor security alerts and events using SIEM and other security monitoring tools.
- Investigate and respond to security incidents, vulnerabilities, and suspicious activities.
- Perform risk assessments and recommend appropriate security controls.
- Analyze logs, network traffic, and system activities to detect potential threats.
- Support vulnerability management by identifying, assessing, and tracking remediation efforts.
- Assist with security audits, compliance requirements, and documentation.




- Collaborate with IT teams to implement security best practices and improve security posture.
- Stay informed about emerging cybersecurity threats, attack techniques, and industry trends.
- Create reports on security incidents, findings, and recommendations.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in cybersecurity, information security, or IT support.
- Knowledge of network security, operating systems, firewalls, and endpoint protection.
- Experience with SIEM platforms and security monitoring tools is an advantage.
- Understanding of common cybersecurity frameworks and standards (NIST, ISO 27001, CIS Controls).
- Familiarity with vulnerability assessment and incident response processes.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
