We're looking for a proactive and people-oriented
Recruiter
to join our remote team. In this role, you'll be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent while delivering an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

? Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding
- Post job openings across various recruitment platforms and social media channels
- Source qualified candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment methods
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and job requirements
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activity in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)




- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
- Ensure a positive candidate experience and promote the company's employer brand

✅ Requirements
- 1–5 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or human resources
- Experience managing full-cycle recruitment for multiple positions
- Strong interviewing, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to evaluate candidates effectively and make sound hiring recommendations
- Experience using ATS platforms and recruitment tools is an advantage
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- Fluent in English;
Spanish language skills are highly desirable
- Based in Mexico with legal authorization to work full-time
