The adecuado candidate will be responsible for building out and maintain our sales relationship with customers in the North part of Mexico's territory and expand our market share.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and report on sales performance.
- Manage Distributors.
- Coach and assist sales staff.
- Prospect and develop new HCPs
- Assist in OR and help HCPs
- Build strong comercial relationships with customers and distributors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Only medical devices related experience.
- Based in Monterrey is a must.
- Previous experience in technical sales and managing distributors in Orthopedics market
- Training on site and technical support to surgeons in the OR
- Be able to travel 50% of time North of Mexico's territory.
- English is a must B2 or higher.
- Previous industry experience 5 years or more.
