What You Will Do
The IT Manager – Manufacturing & Internal Flows
is an individual contributor role within the MQEHS IT domain, responsible for the day-to-day support, delivery,
and continuous improvement of IT applications within the Manufacturing & Internal Flows subdomain across the Americas. Working in close collaboration with the MQEHS IT Domain Leader, this role ensures that all manufacturing end-users across L'Oréal's Americas plant network are fully supported in their IT application requirements — minimizing business disruption and driving platform adoption across the manufacturing environment.

Functional Expertise & Solution Development
- Develop deep functional expertise across manufacturing IT platforms — including SAP ECC (production planning, manufacturing modules), Apriso/WISE (MES), and Industry 4.0 applications (ECUNET, E2Open, Pipechain, Midas) — serving as a go-to technical resource for the MQEHS domain
- Act as Level 4 (L4) functional support for Manufacturing & Internal Flows applications — serving as the deepest escalation poi
