The Manager for Mexico EV Client Engagement owns Mexico EV commercial performance, customer outcomes, and the local EV commercial operating model, driving new business, expansion, retention, and high-quality execution across strategic accounts. This role leads the Mexico EV pod, runs the pipeline and forecast cadence, ensures consistent in market execution of GTM and delivery playbooks, and serves as the senior commercial voice to Product, Strategy, Sales, and regional leadership to remove blockers and strengthen product-market fit.

Pipeline, Bookings & Revenue Ownership (Mexico)

• Own Mexico EV/energy commercial performance, including pipeline coverage and quality, conversion, bookings, revenue contribution, expansion pipeline, and retention drivers.

• Partner with Mexico Sales leadership on segment focus, account strategy, deal tactics, and executive alignment; directly sponsor top pursuits and strategic opportunities.

• Drive disciplined opportunity qualification, value articulation, close planning,



and cross functional approvals to improve win rate and cycle time while protecting margin and delivery feasibility.

• Use GTM playbooks, pricing/financing constructs, and deal guardrails to ensure consistent, repeatable, and commercially sound execution in market.

Strategic Account Governance & Customer Outcomes

• Lead account planning and governance for priority Mexico customers, including executive sponsorship, multi-year roadmaps, customer success plans, and expansion hypotheses.

• Own account-level EV/energy outcomes (relationship health, NPS/CSAT drivers, adoption, issue resolution, renewal/expansion readiness) in partnership with Programs, Customer Success, and Support.

• Serve as the senior relationship owner for key customer executives and coordinate cross functional issue resolution with clear ownership, escalation, and closure.
