Work you’ll do/Responsibilities

As a Senior Consultant, you will work with diverse integral clients across a wide range of industries. You will have a variety of client facing responsibilities such as diagnosing issues using advanced analytical techniques, interviewing staff, formulating and making recommendations, and helping clients implement proposed solutions. As a Workday HCM Integration Senior Consultant you should expect to be client facing and involved in the following:

• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to Workday integrations (E.g., EIB, Core Connectors, Studio, Cloud Connect, Orchestrate) to ensure seamless data flow between Workday and external systems.

• Analyze and implement change requests or enhancements for existing integrations based on evolving client business needs and requirements.

• Collaborate with client stakeholders and functional teams to gather requi
